I did an econsult so my interaction was all online - apart from the call I received from Dr Thornton-Smith. In the call we discussed my symptoms and agreed on a course of treatment together which I thought was excellent.

It took several days from my econsult input to receiving an actual call although I soon heard that the call would be diarised

Most times I can get an appointment. I have appreciated the urgency given to finding appointments for my child. I would like to highlight how brilliant Dr Roux is. A fabulous addition to the surgery, knowledgeable and kind and never makes you feel rushed. She has been brilliant with myself and my daughter.

Good service, easy to amend the appointment after I made it, convenient time

Explain why I was being called for a BP check when you called to set it up
